At Luxury Time NYC, we stand behind the authenticity and quality of every timepiece. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item in its original, unworn condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team via email or our online portal to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the timepiece in its original manufacturer box with all documentation, warranty cards, and protective films intact, then secure it within a sturdy shipping carton.

• 3.
  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid, fully insured shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location to ensure safe transit to our Manhattan vault.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the item's condition and serial numbers, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
